PICAM

Specification of the TIMPO32 detector chip for the PICAM (Planetary Ion CAMera) experiment on board the ESA MPO spacecraft for the BepiColombo mission to planet Mercury.

Remark: in 2007 Belgium has withdrawn its contribution to the PICAM instrument on the ESA  BepiColombo mission.

MSA

Design of the Central Processing Unit board for MSA (Mass Spectra Analyser) experiment on board the JAXA MMO spacecraft for the BepiColombo mission.

Remark: in 2007 Belgium has withdrawn its contribution to the MSA instrument on the Japanese part of the BepiColombo mission.

ALTIUS

Limb observing spectral imager planned for launch on a small satellite.

This project has now finalized a phase-A study.

SOIR on TGE

SOIR-alike instrument proposed for the “The Great Escape” (TGE) NASA Mars Scout mission.

In September 2008 NASA decided not to select the TGE mission.
